- a) Check-in time is after 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival. Early access to the room/s prior to 15:00 hrs will be subjected to room availability at the time of check-in. For guaranteed access to the room/s prior to 15:00 hrs, the room/s must be reserved from the previous night at the applicable full contract rate, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with the Hotel
- b) Check-out time is 12:00 hrs on the day of departure. Late check-out until 18:00 hrs is at the applicable day use rates and check-out after 18:00 hrs is at half day charge subject to room availability unless prior arrangements has been made in writing with the Hotel.
