Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers are valid for redemption and booking valid from 9 July 2012 till 31 August 2012
• Bookings must be made before the redemption period expires.
• Travel period is from 9 July 2012 till 31 Oct 2012 to complete travel.
• Unlimited number of voucher can be purchased and redeemed throughout the redemption period.
• Voucher are transferable.
• Voucher are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other services or other promotion.
• Booking based on 2 vouchers to a room.
• No replacement / extension for expired voucher will be given
• Valid for Malaysian only.
• Voucher are not applicable for Group Booking (more than 10 person)
• Required minimum 2 persons (adults) to go in a same departure date

• The deal package excluded:
   

1. International Air Ticket & Airport Taxes
2. Local Guide & Driver Tipping @ RM 40 per person
3. Booking Fee @ RM 30 per person
4. Travel Insurance @ RM 32 per person
5. Extension Night: RM 110 per person per night
6. Activities outside of program & personal expenses such as laundry services, telephone bill, mini bar of the guest room, etc.
    

• Booking regulations:
   

1. Once ground booking is confirmed will not accept for any amendment.
2. Full cancellation after booking confirmed, will not be refundable or exchangeable for cash.
3. In the event specified accommodation is not available, alternative accommodation of similar grade will be provided. If have any difference of price, pax is required to pay directly to Galaxy Management Holidays.
4. Booking subject to room and tour availability and first come first served. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
    

• No refund will be given for cancellation.
• Printed e-voucher is to be presented upon redemption for verification purpose.
